Ana Del Castillo
Is a Women’s Rightness Expert and Certified Empowerment Coach with over 20 years experience galvanizing women to stop trying to ‘do life right’ and instead be right, in their skin and lives. Through transformative experiences she helps them to discover the freedom of their inherent rightness, no matter the circumstances or events of their lives, and regain their vitality and happiness.
Having endured life’s highs and extreme lows, Ana spent her childhood in a home filled with violence and sexual trauma starting at the age of 5, left home at the age of 21 to follow her dreams as a Broadway actress and singer and tragically lost her father and brother in a brutal gangland style killing; She used her grief to propel her into her next phase of life where she spent the next 20+ years creating neuronal pathways that were missing, constructing wholeness where there was none.
By committing to her innate rightness, Ana recreated her life from the ground up, transforming the traumatic events of her life into a felt experience of genuine grace and perfection. She now provides that experience for women, teaching them that they can feel right in their own skin no matter the circumstances or events of their lives.
Ana has spoken to audiences all over the country and has coached women rock stars, entrepreneurs and housewives on the power and freedom of authentic rightness. She has been featured on NPR, The NY Post, People Magazine, Shout out LA and The Moth. She coaches, speaks, and leads courses on Rightness.
